Cellar is a relaxing idle management simulation that puts you in charge of your very own cheese cave as a mouse cellarmaster. Wheels of cheese age in real time inside your hand-drawn cellar: sell them young for a quick profit, or be patient and watch them mature into cheeses worth up to five times as much. Nothing ever spoils, so you can leave your cave running and come back whenever you like — your stock is always safe.

Hire apprentices to help you run the operation, hand cheeses over the counter in exchange for tasting notes at the grating, and dig new rooms for cheeses that need an afternoon, a full night, or even three days to reach perfection. How to play

HOW TO PLAY: Tap or click a shelf to make, sell, or turn its batch. Tap any cheese wheel to open its card and see its age and value. Tap the cellarmaster mouse to spend caps on upgrades. Hire apprentices, dig new aging rooms, and sell your ripest wheels at the best moment to maximise your earnings.

CONTROLS (desktop and mobile): Mouse / touch — click or tap a shelf to make, sell or turn its batch; click a wheel for its card; click the cellarmaster for caps. Keyboard (changeable in Options): 1-4 switch pages, Q W E use the bench cards, S sells every ripe wheel, L turns the Book page, G hands over a note, R changes the record, M toggles sound, O or Esc opens Options.
